I am very excited to have three paintings in this show - "Oldtimer", "Childhood memories" and "Blue heaven". Connected to the theme, I focused on the stories I bring to each painting, and I think of the memories that the art evokes in the viewer. I hope my painting invites these kinds of mindful connections. An artist's journey, necessarily, engages with the viewer's journey. Hope you might drop in to see this exhibit.

I’m very excited to announce that I am part of the fifth edition of the Huntsville Art Crawl. It will be a first time for me. I’ll be showing my paintings at Main Street Local Kitchen, a casual eating spot with great food, just steps from the water and River Mill Park. A new venture, I’m fortunate to be one of this tour’s inaugural artists. I’ll be a guest at Jerry Friedman’s studio. Jerry’s work with Driftwood Sculpture is a wonder to behold. I’ll be displaying many of my watercolour paintings in his beautiful studio on Bella Lake. It’s a beautiful drive there and some beautiful art awaits you upon your arrival.

I recently became a member of the Huntsville Art Society (HAS). Annually, HAS has a Members’ Show and I’m in it. I submitted two paintings (they are pictured in the Paintings section of this website), “Into the bay” and “Waiting for the boat”.
